SENATE ANNOUNCES WORKING GROUP ON CUBA, March 24, 2003: Ten Member, Bipartisan Group Will Examine U.S. Policies Toward Cuba, Calls Sanction Policy "Ineffective."  Click for details.

HOUSE CUBA WORKING GROUP:  In May of 2002, the forty-six member, bipartisan House Cuba Working Group (CWG) unveiled a "Review of U.S. Policy Toward Cuba," which included a nine-point legislative program to ease the Cuban embargo and take positive steps in advancing U.S. interests regarding Cuba. In November 2002, the Cuba Policy Foundation led Congressional aides of the CWG on a five day trip to Cuba.  Read about it here.
